OKRs: empowerment and a template
It’s that special time of the quarter again: OKR grading and re-setting. If you’re not there yet, consider this your reminder. I want to just share two things to make your life easier:
(1) Reminder: OKRs don’t create empowered teams. They amplify the empowerment that’s already there.
